Responsible for designing and drawing custom home plans to meet every one of your dream home. expectations. Also responsible for estimating, purchasing, and customer selections.
Over 15 years in the home building business.

HILARY STAVOVY DEELEY

Office Manager/Graphic Designer

Responsible for all graphic design for advertising, website, and print materials. Also works in accounting, payroll, billing, and customer coordination.

MITCHELL STAVOVY

Vice President/Production Manager

Manages all onsite construction to insure your home is constructed properly.
Oversees all subcontractors, estimating and purchasing.
Over 20 years in the home building business.

ROSEMARY S. COLE

Interior Finish Carpentry/Project Manager

Head Craftsman responsible for all inside finish trim & custom woodwork for fireplace mantels, built-ins, and more.
Over 27 years of finish carpentry experience.

DEREK BEHRENS

Carpenter/Assistant Project Manager

Carpenter responsible for assisting with all inside finish trim & custom woodwork.
Assists in overseeing job sites, delivery of materials, and subcontractors.
